Business Coach and Regional Director
Walter Gregg is an Ology Business Coach in Scotland covering all of Scotland, including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Ayrshire and Cumbria. Having successfully operated as a Business Coach for 2 years, he decided to take on the role of Regional Director. He now splits his time between working with a small number of select clients and recruiting, training and supporting new Ology Business Coaches.
Walter says ‘I am convinced the marketplace is right for the expansion of the need for accredited professional Business Coaches. Businesses face constant change and business owners now realise that they cannot be experts in all areas of their businesses and are looking for professional help in identifying their challenges, aspirations and solutions to achieving these in as short a time scale as possible.’

Scotland Regional Director
A key part of Walter’s role is to identify and recruit new Business Coaches for the Scotland and Northern region of England. Walter looks for suitably experienced business owners and managers who have reached the point at which they want a change. People wanting to use their own expertise and directly influence their lifestyle and finances through working for themselves but within a proven business framework make excellent Business Coaches - Walter will take the time to answer questions on the franchisee role to ensure that it is the right choice for them – and Ology!
Following a successful career in sales, marketing and high profile account management I have chosen to use my wealth of experience in sales management and planning to help SME owners achieve their goals… and their dreams! My broad experience of working in start-ups, business units and larger companies in different business sectors leads me to believe that, although each business may be unique, the challenges they face and the solutions they need are all remarkably similar.
My belief is that ultimately it is “the people in the business that make the business” but they can only be truly effective given the right support, environment and skills.
Through the powerful and effective Ology business coaching system, I use my business knowledge, my strong sporting background (I was a Real Tennis professional for a number of years) and my skills in coaching to bring the best out of individuals, teams and organisations – so they get out of life what they want and deserve.
I joined Ology because it offers me all the elements I need to fulfil my ambitions:
