What the sessions involve -

We will also introduce you to the behavioural mindset so crucial to the delivery of your plan and help you design a set of habits to ensure your success

Concentrating on what makes you different and give clients and prospects a compelling reason to buy from you and to remove any fear they may perceive in doing business with your business.

Session 3: Unlocking the Secret


A fascinating session which introduces you to one of the best kept sales strategies in business. We will show you how to measurably attract more customers, increase turnover and ensure year on year profitability.

Session 4: Are you sitting on a Fortune?

The fourth session in the program looks closely at which of your customers make or actually cost you money. It should be a privilege, not a right to work with your company and we will introduce concepts which will help you to decide the criteria for existing and future customers, showing you how to keep those customers for longer, generate more profit from each and every one of them and finally how to turn them into your sales force.

Session 5: The Sum of all Fears or the Fear of all Sums!

In this 2 hour session we introduce you to key ratios which you can easily use to continually check the health and robustness of your business.

In this final session we are going to introduce you to the Observable world of Behaviours and will quickly help you Understand your own behavioural style (and the impact that has on those around you), Recognise the behavioural styles of others and finally, how to Adapt your behaviour to improve communication, reduce and prevent objections, and increase sales.
