About Sean Meeghan
Initially trained in the automotive industry, I have over 25 years experience at a senior level in a variety of businesses ranging from £2 million turnover to over £500 million turnover. Most of my career has been spent in Operations and Business Systems, except for a break to complete a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management at Cranfield University.
In later years I have been heavily involved in change management and business process improvement and I have led several business-critical change programmes. This experience has convinced me of the importance of people issues in business change, a subject about which I am passionate. It was this match of values that convinced me to join the Ology team when I decided to ‘jump ship’ and take control of my own destiny. Outside of work I am a keen angler, motorcyclist and writer.
