Business Coach Recruitment
As the Regional Director for The North West, one of Richard ‘s main role is to recruit new franchisees and guide them through the recruitment process until they become fully qualified business coaches. Dealing with the potential franchisees initial enquiries he then meets the potential coaches to answer any questions they have about taking on this new franchisee role and to help them establish their suitability to be a Professional Business Coach. It is also crucial to ensure that Ology is the best option for them. With integrity and honesty Richard will assist the candidates on the important decisions that follow.
