Business Coach and Regional Director
Richard Dickinson is an Ology Business Coach in Merseyside covering areas such as Liverpool, Wirral, Warrington, St Helens and Chester. After working in this role for over a year he realised the true potential of what he had and took the plunge to become the Regional Director for the North West Region. Richard finds himself coaching clients, and running workshops (which he really enjoys doing) in addition to providing on-going coaching, mentoring and training for his fellow coaches in the region.
With this in mind Richard is still regularly coaching many of his initial clients on a 'no-contract' basis - a testament to the quality and value our coaching provides. To guarantee that the Ology experience is effective for his clients, Richard delivers bespoke coaching programs, combining professional coaching and practical business advice, specifically tailored to the clients requirements.
In most cases Richard is able to get up to 70% funding for these programmes from Local Government Schemes.

Professional Business Coaching

By adopting a coaching approach he works with clients increasing their awareness of the issues, investigating the choices available and the solutions – guiding his clients to eliminate the root causes of problems in their business. One of Richards specialties is running various workshops to enable and facilitate positive changes to his forward thinking clients.
Richard received world class coach training at The Adler School of Professional Coaching and is now an Adler Associate Business Coach (AABC).
North West Regional Director
As the Regional Director for The North West, one of Richard ‘s main role is to recruit new franchisees and guide them right through the recruitment process until they become fully qualified business coaches.
Richard Dickinson joined Ology as a business coach in 2005 after a career in finance and banking which included roles such as East Midlands Regional Development Manager for a high street bank and owning and operating a successful National Insurance brokerage for 5 years. By the end of 2006 he took on the role as Regional Director and is now running a very successful region. Richard is looking to place business coaches in all main towns and cities in The North West.
