Achieving Growth and Change - Professional Coaching and Facilitation
Coaching is about facilitating change, helping you move from your current state to a more desirable future state. The Ology Approach will help you to raise the motivation of your teams, identify those in your business who are resistant to change and those who will champion it. This knowledge is a force multiplier in implementing and managing change in growing businesses.
I carry out 1-to-1 coaching for you or individuals in your business, and team coaching and facilitation for groups. This service is increasing in demand as businesses struggle to develop high powered teams and individuals capable of the leadership that produces extraordinary results.
Coaching works best for my clients when there is a deep, mutual trust which can take a number of months to fully develop. Such an environment gives us both the courage to raise issues, bounce new ideas, discuss, challenge and ultimately choose the appropriate actions for moving you and your business forward.
At present the coaching profession is unregulated which means there are no barriers to entry. I have received world class coach training from The Adler School of Professional Coaching in Toronto, achieving the professional qualification AABC – Adler Associate Business Coach. This training and qualification is accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation). This means that you can be confident that I will coach you, not mentor you, and behave in a professional and ethical way at all times.
