Let me introduce myself: I am Pradeep Mohile, Ology Business Advisor and Coach in the Gatwick Diamond.
I work with medium to large businesses in Crawley, Brighton, Reigate, Guildford and the surrounding areas of Surrey, Sussex and Kent, helping them to grow their businesses and achieve extraordinary results. I specialise in developing high powered teams and individuals who can provide the necessary inspirational leadership.

About Pradeep Mohile
My key motivation is solving problems: from business issues to puzzles. Because I have a creative mind and a never-say-no attitude, I have solved problems that have stumped others (see Selected Achievements) giving me the confidence to help my clients tackle any challenge they may have.
I am very much a people person too which is why Ology’s people as well as process approach is so appealing to me. I passionately believe that our professional coaching and facilitation skills for managing change and achieving business improvement are superior to more traditional methods because you are always in control, you make and own all actions chosen, and when goals are achieved you can say, ‘I did it!’
The Biopic Man
I followed mechanical engineering at Queen Mary College, University of London, with qualification as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, giving me the opportunity to see some large plcs from the inside, such as Guardian Royal Exchange, Rothmans and Dan-Air. I worked for Hewlett Packard leading to the position of financial manager for the UK subsidiary of another US multinational, carrying out assignments throughout Western Europe and the Middle East.
Rather than finance, I realised I craved to be working at the coal face, being creative and making the decisions that drive businesses forward. In the early nineties I co-founded a telecomms distribution company that was very successful (£180k turnover within 18 months) but hit the rocks of shareholder disagreements. I helped my wife found a property business but something was still missing. I felt the need to return something to society. So I became a governor at a local school and then discovered Ology. I felt Ology's message of helping business stakeholders was 'seductive' and unique.
Ology satisfies what I enjoy the most, which is solving problems and helping business stakeholders benefit from my corporate and entrepreneurial experience.
Networking Networking Networking
I am a serial networker in the Gatwick Diamond so do come and chat if you see me. The events I attend most frequently are the Institute of Directors (Surrey, Sussex, Kent) and Cadia, the Gatwick Diamond Business Association (where I am an Executive Council member).
