Paul Cox 's Biography
Having succeeded in working in companies up to director level in businesses ranging from FT100 companies to SME’s and international business start ups, one more company ownership change gave the opportunity to take back control of my life.
I wanted to take control in 3 areas:
• To be master of my own destiny
• To achieve the best possible work/life balance
• To continue to grow as a person and a professional
To do this meant taking the opportunity with both hands and developing my career in a different direction.
My corporate career has seen me work at General Manager and Director Level in a variety of businesses in the business services, wholesale and engineering sectors. I have had ‘hands on’ experience of how these businesses work and sometimes falter. I have been as comfortable working with shop floor workers as PLC members.
My experience spanned all sizes of business together with business in all stages from start up to turn round to maturity. I have extensive experience in developing SME’s in the retail and catering sector. This was coupled with extensive business building and business re-engineering experience in larger companies.
During my career I have had to wear many hats. These included: Manager, Coach, Trainer, Consultant and Confidant developing individual’s talents and skills to develop produce performance teams.
For opportunity to bear fruit action is required. My action was to investigate the market to find an opportunity aligned to my own beliefs. To find a business working to improve business through the business owners. A company providing sustainable change. A company just like OLOGY.
As an Ology Business Advisor my aim is to make a lasting difference in my clients business. This flows through into increasing options for client’s time, money and final exit from the business. Free from the ‘big company constraints’ I can help clients quickly make changes to maximise their business potential. This will directly impact on the goals of creating more time, money or exit strategy.
My role is not to make the decision for you. My role is to help you to build your business to be the best business for YOU.

I will also stand shoulder to shoulder with you and get ‘stuck in’ where required.
