Ology Launches Program for Small Business Owners
Ology has launched a new program designed to help small business owners improve the key elements of their business. We have listened to our clients and developed a 6 session program – The (un)Common Sense of Business – which will deliver tangible value to you, developing a greater understanding of your business, discover ways to maximise sales and increase profitability. The 2 hour sessions mean you aren’t away from their businesses for days at a time but do provide an opportunity for interaction with fellow professionals. To ensure the program is effective, additional individual coaching sessions are included for all delegates, aimed at improving personal performance.
