About Martin Dobbs
My business experience comprises 32 years in the construction industry, initially in the materials supply side, including 4years in Dubai, followed by 24 years within the specialist contracting sector, 21 years of which was at director level with two separate appointments as a Managing Director. Working within both SME and PLC environments I have experienced significant success in growing and developing businesses. I have also seen the other side of the coin and had to deal with the pressures and issues faced by businesses needing restructuring both in terms of people and systems / processes.
Since starting as a Business Coach in early 2007 I have combined my own experience with professional coaching skills to provide a practical approach to the challenges and opportunities faced by my clients. I look for the opportunity to help make a real difference with specific measurable results. My aim is to help to reduce the frustrations experienced by business owners, working with them and their management teams to achieve their personal and commercial goals and make a lasting difference.
To do this I will help you to make the right decisions to move your business forward – I won’t tell you what to do, but will assist with the changes that help you get to where you want to be quicker than you can on your own.
