“By profession I am a Chartered Civil Engineer, and have an MBA from Henley Management College. I was recently made a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

I have 30 years of operational, management and leadership experience in the construction, regeneration, water and environmental management sectors.

Over the past decade I have held a number of strategic roles in a large national organisation with a £1billion turnover. In my last corporate role, I was responsible for leading a £60m development programme, which included process re-engineering, business development, strategic change and IT projects.

Now, as a small business owner myself, I understand the commercial challenges that businesses face in the current economic downturn. As a lifelong learner, who knows the importance of learning new skills, I am passionate about supporting business leaders and their teams to reach their true potential.
