John Collins, As an Ology Business Coach I help my clients to generate real and lasting improvements in their businesses. I generally work one to one with business leaders/owners and with their management teams to help them successfully deal with the huge challenges of building, running and growing their businesses profitably. My approach is practical and challenging but always learning oriented, and my goal is to help people to recognise AND achieve their business potential, producing their desired results much more quickly than they could alone.

About John Collins
When coaching you, I am bringing my professional coaching training combined with over 25 years of business experience to bear on your individual, team and business development issues. As an experienced senior manager I’ve had a successful career combining Business management, International sales and marketing, technical management and consultancy, mainly in blue chip manufacturing organisations.
My consultancy experience has involved managing business transformation and change management processes across a range of manufacturing and service businesses. I’ve worked with and managed teams from board to shop floor, building and coaching improvement teams to drive performance improvements across all areas of their businesses.
All of the work I have done running businesses, driving sales and manufacturing performance and building and coaching teams emphasised time and again that, “the people in the business make the business” and that we generally underestimate their capacity and capability for growth and development. Consequently, I developed a real passion for driving and delivering business performance improvements through developing and coaching people and teams.
Since joining Ology I have worked with and coached owners and managers from businesses of all sizes and shapes. From start – ups to large mature businesses looking for an exit strategy, from successful high growth business to those struggling to be profitable, from1 to 100 people. I’ve helped individual managers transform their performance and helped businesses to generate superb results. The common outcome, through coaching has been more success more quickly than they would have achieved on their own.
