Business Coach and Regional Director

John Allen is an Ology Business Coach in Cheshire and Staffordshire covering areas such as Crewe, Stoke on Trent, Newcastle, Stafford and Shrewsbury. In 2006 John took the next step and became a Regional Director for the Midlands region. As part of this role John provides on-going support and training to his fellow business coaches in the region.

Leading by example John is still regularly coaching many of his initial clients on a 'no-contract' basis - a testament to the quality and value our coaching provides. To guarantee that the Ology experience is effective for his clients, John delivers bespoke coaching programs, combining professional coaching and practical business advice, specifically tailored to the clients requirements. John received world class coach training at The Adler School of Professional Coaching in Toronto (Adler Associate Business Coach - AABC). His coach training is ICF accredited (International Coach Federation) and he is a member of the ICF and adheres to their code of ethics.

Midlands Regional Director

Being Ology's Regional Director for The Midlands, John also has the essential role of supporting our existing business coaches and recruiting new business coaches in the region. Dealing with the initial enquiries he meets potential coaches to answer any questions they have about taking on this new franchisee role and to give an honest opinion on their suitability to be a Professional Business Coach. Additionally it is important to ensure that Ology is the best way forward for them. With honesty and openness John will assist the candidates with the important decisions that follow.

About John Allen

Having successfully negotiated my way through corporate life I reached a stage about five years ago when I knew I wanted to test myself, to use my experience, and decided to leave the comforts of being an employee.

I had spent almost fifteen years within the banking industry working in areas such as Treasury Markets, Sales and Marketing and Business Development. My first solo run at business life threw up a number of challenges and pitfalls that were great "learns"! But ...undaunted, I was adamant that I would continue in the search for a rewarding venture - in every way!

I spent several months investigating the world of Franchises, primarily through the British Franchise Association, and following in depth due diligence I applied for and was offered the Ology Franchise which matches my experience of dealing with SME’s and my strong people management skills with the support and effective system of a proven business franchise model.

I joined Ology because it offers me all the elements I need to fulfil my ambitions:

• Running my own business but with the backing of a positive, forward thinking franchise.
• Making a real difference to the performance of a wide variety of businesses and to the lives of the owners.
