You’ll want your business to get to the goals you have in mind and to perform in the way you desire. Many traditional business advisors focus on clarity of ‘where you are now’ versus ‘where you want to get to’. That clarity itself can build a momentum for change and there is good merit in the approach. My focus as a business coach is to open up existing and new strategic choices available to you personally and to your business. Exercising the right choices at the right time is usually at the root of positive changes in business momentum; wrong choices or inaction inevitably means slowdown or worse.
As a business coach I add value to people and business I work with by:

About Hitesh Kanabar
Twenty years ago, when I started my first business, I was steeped in staff whose work was getting in the way of their tea breaks, unsympathetic and ever changing bank managers, very high interest rates and a deep and tough recession. The odds were against success, and on top of that I’d made some fundamental strategic errors. There was the familiar story of business aspirations contrasting sharply with huge day-to-day frustrations. It took many years and hard work to get out of that hole, but it was the working smart that allowed me the successful exit of a seven figure buy-out. That real education is supplemented by an academic profile of degrees in theoretical physics, psychology and an MBA from one of the top management schools in Europe; plus specialised training in direct marketing and business coaching, including International Coach Federation Training.
My recent corporate days includes running a direct marketing business of several millions of pound sales; being internal coach and strategic advisor; growing business several fold in sales and profit; 24hour teleshopping TV channel startup including being on air myself, outsourcing; running an overseas team in India of 60 people; and driving a turn around of business making £1m loss to making £1.5m profit within one year.
Today, I still own a currently operating and substantial business. Practicing what I preach, this business works without me. My real interest is in coaching and stimulating better business performance – which is reflected in the centre of excellence that I manage.
