The Business Diagnostic
This is a unique yet tried and tested process which allows our clients to dip their toe in the water to test our approach and ability to deliver. Essentially it is made up of 3 stages which help our clients to understand the combined impact of the ‘People’ and ‘Process’ elements of their business, and how they are currently effecting the performance of the business. The Diagnostic Process also delivers a blueprint of what needs to be improved in both those areas to close the gap between current performance and the goals and aspirations of the business stakeholders The 6 Vital Functions
The first thing we do is a full ‘Diagnostic’ on all aspects of the business. Using our structured questioning process to produce a tailored report which contain our opinions and recommendations in each of those business areas to close the gaps between the current performance and the goals and aspirations of the business stakeholders. Behavioural Styles
As part of the process we always carry out behavioural style assessments on the key players in the business. Essentially this allows you to understand your behaviour and the behaviour of others, and to look at the impact it is having on the business in general. We also show you how to use that information to improve communication which will enable you to consistently increase efficiency, reduce conflict, maintain motivation and ultimately improve the bottom line. The Planning Session
The next stage is the planning session where we use the diagnosic report to identify and prioritise the actions which when implemented will have the biggest impact on your organisation’s bottom line. From there we will design your coaching program, determine how the resources are divided, agree timescales, measurements and outcomes. |
