Debbie has vast commercial experience having worked for many years with a variety of businesses throughout the UK, across many sectors including manufacturing and the travel industry. Prior to joining Ology as a Business Coach, Debbie held successful senior positions, primarily in sales and business management for one of UK’s largest ICT companies. Working across a wide range of businesses, from small to large corporate organisations, Debbie understands the familiar issues faced by a large proportion of business owners - achieving profit, growth and keeping competitor advantage.
In her role as a Business Coach Debbie demonstrates the same commitment to her clients, working with them to define their goals and supporting them in their achievement. Using her professional coaching skills, she will work with the business owner and key individuals within the organisation to get to the very heart of the issues, discuss and expand on the choices available and then, using a combination of proven Ology business tools and professional coaching, bring about the results they desire.
