Taking the First Step

Once I understand where the stakeholders want to be, it is vital to understand where the business currently is. From there a plan can be created to bridge the gap between the two. The first step for you is to make a call, to get in touch and find out how I can help you make a change for the better.

Professional Business Coaching

Cyril received world class coach training at The Adler School of Professional Coaching in Toronto (Adler Associate Business Coach - AABC). His coach training is ICF accredited (International Coach Federation).

About Cyril Dunworth

Described by his tutors at the Adler School of Coaching, Toronto as “creative, resourceful and possessing an insatiable thirst for understanding, he has an outstanding combination of strengths to bring to the table”, Cyril Dunworth is a dedicated and inspiring Business Coach.

His clients have benefited from this approach as he helps people to develop and lead rather than react in both their professional and personal lives . His success is inspired by a unique passion for what he does and a genuine interest in his clients.

Cyril was born into a County Limerick family, steeped in the tradition of Gaelic Games. His father and uncles represented Limerick on the hurling field, one uncle is even the proud owner of an All Ireland hurling medal. Cyril was a fine exponent of the Gaelic Games but didn’t quite reach the heights of his predecessors and now prefers to confine his sporting exploits to the Golf course (where his only handicap is “his swing”!) or cheering on his stepson from the sidelines.

Having studied Electronics at College, Cyril embarked on a career in the IT industry which was to see him work initially on the engineering front, before progressing in a Sales and Marketing role. Since then Cyril has worked in a number of Corporate and SME organisations at Management and Director/Shareholder level.

Cyril became an Ology Business Coach in 2005. “It’s been a fantastic journey and allows me to do what I love best, be curious about them! I need to understand what drives their business, uncover their strengths (and weaknesses) and the opportunities – so I can determine the areas where I can help them progress. There is no better experience in business than leading the cheer as you watch clients reach their full potential, creating a more desired future for themselves and their business.”

He is actively pursuing Master Certification Accreditation through the Adler School of Coaching, Toronto, Canada and the International Coach Federation.

Cyril is married to Dorothy and they have one son. They live in Longford.
