About Colin Newlyn
I have spent over 25 years in the corporate sector and held a number of management roles up to board level. Allied to my marketing background, I have experience in a wide range of areas including strategy, product and service development, project management and change implementation. Working in the telecoms and IT industry I am used to working in fast-changing environments, and I have also worked in new organisations where there is little structure or process. My roles have frequently been about making change happen, and so I fully understand and enjoy the challenges this brings.
I have always found helping people grow and develop immensely rewarding and I believe that people are key to success. At Ology we place equal emphasis on people and process as this is the only way to achieve lasting change.
As an Ology business coach I want to make a real and lasting difference to my client’s business and therefore my client’s lives. I can use my experience and skills to help my clients make changes to take their businesses forward at a faster pace than they would by themselves. I aim to be the catalyst to help them grow their sales, improve the performance of their business, increase profits and enable to business owner(s) to work less IN the business and more ON the business
My role as a coach is not to make key decisions for you – it is to help you to come to the right conclusions about your business. I will provide you with honest unbiased advice about what is best for you and your business, keep you focused on the goals we agree, and help you to make those goals reality…and I will also roll my sleeves up and get stuck into specific projects that will move your business forwards.
I would be pleased to meet any business owner for an hour to discuss their business.
