How to Proceed
Naturally, neither party can make any decisions at this early stage. You need further details and professional advice whilst we need to know more about you. The Franchisee’s role is fundamental to the success and expansion of the Ology network, so it’s in both our interests to apply a structured and proven selection process. Ology will provide help and training in all aspects of your new business. However, we are entrusting our good name to our Franchisees and investing our time and energy in their businesses. So we want to get it right.
We have a deep understanding of the impact of personal interests, attitudes and behaviour on individual performance in different situations, and we know our business. We therefore have a clear idea of the sort of person best suited to this franchise opportunity. We are committed to taking the time and trouble to find him or her.
