Understanding our clients unique circumstances, strengths, weaknesses and long term goals is a top priority. Before we design and commence your bespoke coaching program we will: • Identify your objectives - the aims for you and your business, short term and long term, balancing risk with reward. • Identify processes to improve upon - finanial reporting, sales recording, customer servicing, staff retention - these systems and many more are the back bone of your business. • Identify initiatives to achieve the objectives - empowering management, establishing systems, recruiting the right people, redeploying resources - focused changes to bring about success. • Identify time frames to work within - quantify and qualify. Ensuring input is provided and received from Ology and from within your business over the optimum time scale. Knowledge is worthless without application. The Ology way is to apply a process which ensures that what we have learned about your business and its aims, is meticulously and rigorously applied in practice. This will depend on the specific aims identified and the resource available to pursue them, and most importantly, in ensuring the continued input and involvement from all your team. Our role is to ensure our business relationship fires. • Individual and team meetings are facilitated to gain contributions and buy-in. • Time frames and structures are agreed to stimulate action and deliver against targets. • Initial interaction is face to face with all communication technologies employed as the relationship develops. • Momentum is vital to deliver against time targets: the end of Ology input is as critical as the very beginning. |
