The coaching program was successful in helping me to achieve my goals; it made me take a step back from the daily operations and examine my performance with a critical eye. From my perspective this was one of the biggest benefits of the program.

I gained an improved awareness of my own strengths and weaknesses and how they can impact on personal and team performance. When work is busy and stressful, it can be very easy to fall into bad habits and routines that can be counter-productive.
