The Bridge The Gap business coaching program is unique because it recognises the link between people and process and addresses them equally
What makes the Ology approach to business coaching unique is that we recognise the link between people and process (people create the process and people carry out the process) and we address them equally and simultaneously.
Any improvement in process performance must be matched by an improvement in people performance for a lasting difference. Because we are experts in behaviour, and as professional coaches we are uniquely placed to give the understanding, mechanism and skills to deliver permanent improvement.
Once we have helped you to design a coaching road map for business improvement across all the people and process
aspects of your organisation, the key is to support you and help you to make it happen.
How we bridge the gap - a proven 4 point plan
Once we understand exactly where the stakeholders want to be, it is vital to
understand exactly where the business currently is. From there a plan can be
created to bridge the gap between the two
1. Personal Assessment - An exploration of your current levels of personal satisfaction and motivation. This is also an exercise to help you and other stakeholders clarify your personal goals and visions – clarity on what we’re all working towards is vital.
2. Business Assessment - This is an structured session that
allows us to objectively delve into the workings of your
business, covering the 6 Vital Functions ™ (business
management, sales, marketing, team, finance and systems).
3.
Behavioural Profile - Aimed at the key players in the business, we help you to understand your behaviour and demonstrate the impact it has on those around you. We then give you the knowledge and skills to adapt your behaviour to achieve a better response in any given situation.
4. Planning Session - Having gathered all the information from
a people and process perspective, we will help you create a structured and balanced action plan i.e. what needs to be done, who needs to be involved, and when it is going to be done by – essentially the production of a structured coaching
program to deliver the business and performance you desire. |
