About Andy Willmore

Having enjoyed a successful and varied career in numerous organisations, I resolved to take full control of my life and career by starting my own business. Life as an employee was no longer providing sufficient fulfilment or satisfaction, so I decided to take a “leap of faith” and do something that would not only challenge and develop me but, more importantly, allow me to make a lasting difference through the work that I do.

I decided to buy a franchise, as it really did appear to offer the best of both worlds – the support and back up employees enjoy combined with the freedom and independence that only the self-employed can enjoy. And Ology is, in my opinion, the best business coaching franchise operating in the UK.

Utilising the core skills and experience that I had gained in over 25 years of corporate life, I set up a consultancy business to enable me to work with SME and smaller corporates to help them identify the root cause of operational and communication problems and effectively implement beneficial change.

I not only get a real buzz from running my own business, but also from helping other small/medium sized business owners achieve their own goals and aspirations which are, not surprisingly, often very similar to my own. We all strive to have more time to do the things we enjoy, to realise a level of income that recognises our efforts, and to ensure that we retire when we want to without worrying about the finances.

As an Ology Business Coach, I believe that we offer a unique combination of systems, business tools, methodologies, knowledge, skills and experience that will make dramatic and long-lasting improvements to businesses and the lives of business owners. And probably the most important element of our offering is that we understand the importance of people – we recognise that business performance is inextricably linked to the performance of the people within it.
